IMPROVING COMMUNICATION DEVICES FROM RIEDEL

2016 | 3 months | University of Wuppertal | Solo-Project

The MIC PRO-2 combines a gooseneck microphone with a speaker. Riedel is one of the world‘s leading manufacturers of cutting-edge products for real-time signal distribution, and communications. Riedel asked the Industrial Design students from Wuppertal, to revolutionize the existing Intercom Panel with different concepts.

With RIEDEL intercom-panels, the studio at television broadcasts needs to reach out to any staff mamber by pressing one button.  One of the biggest issues of the current panel is the missing space for more keys. The MIC PRO-2 eliminates the speaker from the panels front.
